New Application Portal Coming
We’re upgrading our application portal to offer you a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. Beginning Monday, May 19, 2025, at 8:00 AM CT, you’ll continue to access the portal through the same link—https://apply.uws.edu but the portal itself will have a new look and improved features.
What You Need to Know
- On or after May 19, you will need to create a new account in the new portal. You can do this by clicking the Create Account link under the green Log In button. Important: Please use the same email you used previously when creating your new account. This step is critical to ensure your existing application data connects to your new account properly.
- If you have already started or submitted an application, you do not need to reapply. Your information will be securely transferred into the new portal.
- Once your new account is created, you’ll be able to clearly view your application status and see a checklist of items received and any outstanding materials.
Between Now and May 19
- If you’ve already submitted your application, please upload any remaining materials to the current application portal by May 16. From May 17 through May 19, during the brief transition period, please email any documents to admissions@uws.edu.
- Include your full name and the program(s) and term(s) you’re applying to in your message.
